We will schedule a time on the phone to briefly discuss your project and schedule a time for me to come to your home and walk your space.
We will walk your home together or virtually through face time and/or photos to evaluate the space and scope of your project. You will share your vision and I will take notes and then follow up with an email that includes pricing and an agreement. The initial consultation fee is $100 for an approximate 1 to 2 hour meeting.

I will email you a formal agreement for your review. The agreement will include a style and budget that was agreed upon. Once you sign, we will then move forward with the work schedule and planning!
Throughout the selection process I will be sending you mood boards to select options from. The mood boards always offer you several choices, so you are empowered to choose the exact fit for your vision. The mood boards are always created with your style functionality and budget in mind. These meetings are designed with your busy
schedule in mind and can be done in person or virtually.
Once your final selections are determined, we will schedule a time for me to come to your home to install and style your vision. We can make any adjustments needed once you see the project come together.
This package offers a one hour color consultation meeting on site for interior or exterior design guidance. Color palettes are presented along with your vision in mind. Additional time for project needs are taken into consideration and can be arranged if needed .

This package offers a professional organization solution to your cluttered spaces. Initial Consultation is $125, which includes an in-home appointment and a follow up scheduled plan. The plan will be based upon your needs and will include a recommended shopping list of supplies. Hourly rate of $95 with a 4 hour minimum.
This package is the basic design service plan offered with your needs and budget in mind. In this package, you will receive a mood board with multiple options for each of your visions. An email will be sent with your design options and you will then do your own shopping and installation. Minimum of 5 hours per project.

This package includes a comprehensive design plan for your vision, purchase of final selection items, as well as management of the purchasing and installation process. Minimum of 10 hours per project.

- 20% markup of wholesale price on all custom and trade purchased plus tax, shipping and installation
- 10% markup on retail purchases made on behalf of client
This is for smaller projects needing consultation for one room, lighting or materials selection. Perfect for simple remodeling projects or construction build design guidance. Minimum of 2 hours.

- $125 per hour shopping with the client
- $175 per hour shopping without the client
The Itsy Bitsy Lady will be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses associated with all projects.

- Mileage within a 25 mile radius of designers home (77459) at the rate of 56 cents per mile
- Outside of a 25 mile radius of designers home (77459), travel with be charged at $75 per hour
